Each drop-in session blends teaching, guided practice and group discussion. Join us to explore mindfulness and meditation as universal ways of understanding and influencing how we relate to our lives, ourselves and to one another. 45 minutes, six sessions per week. Attend as many as you like. These are standalone sessions; other than format, no two are exactly alike.
All are welcome. No experience required.
the mindfulness studio is for every body. Adults are welcome to drop in for a weekly class to explore and practice mindfulness together or sign up for a series. Kids can come after school on "mindful mondays" and families can practice together at our monthly weekend event or by appointment.
