Mindfulness is not what you think. And it’s neither magical nor mystical.  It’s real, and it’s already yours.

Mindful awareness is an innate human capacity, under-utilized in our culture. It’s a quality of attention and a set of practices, including meditation, that cultivate ease, contentment and wellbeing over time. With practice, we observe our experience and the ways in which the mind provides a running commentary on all that comes and goes in experience.  With practice, we lessen reactivity, which allows us to be aware of, and skillfully respond to, ourselves, others and the circumstances in which we find ourselves.  With practice, we live more balanced and healthier lives, and learn to take the one we have for granted less and less and come to enjoy it more and more.

Mindfulness is for all ages and every body.  Come and see for yourself.
