mindfulness, the mini-series (day)

each session in this 4-week series for adults focuses on teachings and practices that deepen mindful awareness and support skillful living. Group discussion is included.  The series concludes with a retreat style weekend practice day in the studio.

  • meets on four consecutive friday mornings from 10-11:30 am. practice day is saturday april 11, 2015 from 10 am - 4 pm.  
  • cost is $250 per person, includes 12 hours and copy of jon kabat-zinn's "mindfulness for beginners" book and cd.
  • pre-registration required by previous thursday.  come in during studio hours to sign up, send payment via US mail or email info@themindfulnessstudio.com
